  : I came with my qife and two young children.The staff, cleaners we're all so nice and friendly. Very respectful, professional, polite, kind, always had a smile and helped out in every way possible. I never heard or saw anyone unhappy and met repeated customers which confirmed my thoughts of this place must be similar to others.The location is perfect. Right outside the tram, beautiful view of the Center which saves a lot of time walking around to get places. Everything you need is walking distance. This is my third visit to Istanbul and this is the best in every department.There breakfast is decent. The Hammam service they offer at Fatuma = Alaturk was well worth it. Both for value for money and quality.For dinner I went to a place on the side road of burger king because the price was good and food very nice. Better then the expensive restaurants. Some European guy recommended it to me and I went there most days. It's called MevlanaI also asked them to sort me out a rice on the taxi. The taxi, private 9/12 seater nor.ally coats 300 Turkish Lira but the guy did it for 250. Much better than a normal taxi to Sabiha airport. It was classy. Obviously that depends on who is available and what price they agree.I am planning to come back to Istanbul with more family members and will definitely come to this hotel again.

  : The staff is 5 stars, at check in we accidentally went to the other hotel, we were asked to wait and 1 boy came who picked us up and carried our luggage 200 m. We truly thank the people who work in this hotel. I would have given 10 if it weren't for the minuses mentioned in what I didn't like. Free, guarded parking, even if it was 200 m away, it is understandable it happens all over the world in the old cities to have problems with parking. However, the given rating was also raised due to the people who work here. From our room you can see the beautiful view of the blue mosque, and in the distance the sea and the Bosphorus. The hotel is new, and is exactly as in the photos. The hotel is located right next to the blue mosque, 2 steps from St. Sophia, the Topkapi Museum, the Grand Bazaar is 500 m away, and all the points of interest in old Istanbul.The tram is right in front. At any time you return exhausted from running through Istanbul, at the reception you receive tea and cake, a beautiful detail. Thank you for everything, the next stay we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
  : When the room was taken over, the floor was not clean. The heating system gives off a heavy musty smell, after several complaints the solution received from the staff was to leave the bathroom door a little open, but the smell continued, and I do not think it was beneficial for our health. This solution was not to our liking, but as we only stayed 3 nights, we tacitly accepted. (free tip for hotel staff: the cause of the smell is due to the heating system located in the bathroom above the shower in the ceiling, this seriously affects the filter) The hotel does not have its own parking, it is parked 200 meters away, and it is very difficult to reach by car.
